Review requests by parent. “Reviewed” means the request has moved beyond Needs review. “Confirmed” means both recorded response fields are Approved.
Yellow = Mother custody · Blue = Father custody · Gray = no physical custody · Gold star = holiday / special day · Purple bottom band = 3+ day weekend.
